■ Applications
Laser-Enhanced Contact Optimization (LECO) equipment is a laser-based sintering system designed to improve contact resistance in crystalline silicon solar cells. By reducing recombination losses at the metal-semiconductor interface, it enhances the contact quality between the electrode grid lines and the silicon substrate, thereby increasing the photovoltaic conversion efficiency of crystalline silicon solar cells.
