Suzhou Delphi Laser Co., Ltd.

Established in 2005, Suzhou Delphi Laser Co., Ltd. is located in Suzhou Industrial Park. Its main businesses include the R&D, production and sales of high-precision laser processing equipment and the core laser device in high-end industrial applications.

The Company is a technology-driven enterprise. Since its establishment, it has been committed to cutting-edge research and development of new products, new technologies and new processes. The Company specializes in the field of high-precision laser micromachining. With advanced laser technology, high-precision motion control technology and profound accumulation of high-precision laser micromachining processes, it concentrates on application fields such as pan-semiconductor, new electronics and new energy, providing laser machining solutions for various ultrathin, superhard, brittle, flexible materials and various composite materials. At the same time, through independent research and development, the Company now owns core technologies for solid-state lasers including nanosecond, ultrafast (picosecond, femtosecond), and adjustable pulse-width series, as well as mature products for industrial mass production.

Focusing on the direction towards high technology content and frontier high-end applications, the Company has carried out cutting-edge research and development on various laser application materials and processes, timely launched high-precision laser machining solutions, and continuously expanded the application fields of high-precision laser micromachining to facilitate the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry. Currently, the Company's products are largely used in the wafer scribing of third-generation semiconductor materials including silicon carbide and gallium nitride, cutting of MEMS chips, cutting and processing of Mini LED and 5G antennas, etc.

■  1985-1988, Assistant researcher of SIOM,1988 ,Becomes a senior visiting scholar to Australia.
■  1988-2000, Research engineer of the Optical Fiber Technology Research Center of Sydney University, director of the Photon Laboratory, Department of Electrical Machinery of Sydney University and senior researcher in the National Photon Center of Australia.
■   2000-2004, returned to China and established Jiangsu FAS Photon Co., Ltd, as a chief engineer, deputy general manager and board of director.
■  2005, Founds Delphi Laser，Always adhere to make a truly high-tech enterprises with strong technological competitiveness and contribute to the development of China's optoelectronic industry.
■  2010, Won the award of Jiangsu Province Science and Technology issued by Jiangsu Provincial Government
■  2014, Was selected as the talented people of scientific and technological innovation and enterprising of China Innovative Talents Promotion Plan.
■  2020, In June , he was appointed as a guest professor of School of Physical Science and Technology, Suzhou University. In October, he was appointed as professor of Industry in School of Opto-electronic Science and Engineering,Suzhou University (Professor of Industry in Jiangsu Province)

2005

Delphi Laser was established

·Delphi Laser was established and incubated in Room F303 of Phase II of Suzhou International Science and Technology Park.

2006

Relocation of new factory
Successfully developed laser scribing system


· The company relocated to 77 Suhong Middle Road, expanding its office, workshop, and laboratory space to nearly 3,000 square meters.
· Successfully developed laser scribing equipment for crystalline silicon solar cells, entering the photovoltaic field.


2007

Thin Film Laser Etching System
Lasers

· Successfully developed thin-film laser etching equipment for touch screens, entering the consumer electronics field.
· Began independent research and development of lasers.

2008

Wafer Laser Cutting System

· Received certification as a "Jiangsu Province High-Tech Enterprise"
· Successfully developed wafer laser cutting equipment for the LED chip industry, promoting the comprehensive localization of laser equipment in LED manufacturing.

2009

Laser etching equipment for amorphous silicon thin-film solar cells

· Successfully developed laser etching equipment for amorphous silicon thin-film solar cells and undertook a Jiangsu Province achievement transformation project.

2011

National Torch Program Key High-Tech Enterprise
DeLi Laser

· Was awarded the title of "National Torch Program Key High-Tech Enterprise".
· Acquired 45 acres of self-owned land to expand production base construction.
· Launched the DeLi Laser brand, specializing in providing laser precision microprocessing services.

2012

joint-stock corporation

· Transformed the company into a joint-stock corporation.

2013

Deyu Laser

· Awarded the title of 'Jiangsu Province Key Laboratory of Advanced Laser Materials and Devices'
· Established wholly-owned subsidiary Xiamen Deyu Laser, specializing in providing laser precision microprocessing services.

2014

Established Japanese subsidiary

· Received the title of 'Key Enterprise Research and Development Institution of Jiangsu Province'.
· Established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Tokyo, Japan, for international market expansion and laser research.

2015

· Successfully developed wafer cutting equipment for new semiconductor chips and undertook Jiangsu Province's technology transfer project, further expanding applications in the semiconductor industry.

2016

Bellin Laser

· The company independently researches and develops laser devices under the brand 'Bellin Laser' for external sales and independent operations.

2017

Full-screen laser cutting system
Zander Automation & Diligentia Precision

· Successfully developed and launched into the market a series of laser cutting equipment for full-screen displays in the display industry.
· Established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Zander Automation, to provide automation solutions.
· Established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Diligentia Precision, to provide laser motion control solutions.

2019

Headquarters relocation

· The headquarters has been relocated to 98 Xinglin Street, with a total area of nearly 15,000 square meters for offices, production, and laboratories.

2021

national specialized and innovative "Little Giant"
laser etching equipment for perovskite thin-film solar cells

· Construction has begun on the new factory building in the Xinglin Street industrial area to expand the research and manufacturing base. Upon completion, the total floor area of the new factory will be close to 40,000 square meters.
· Awarded the title of National Specialized and New "Little Giant" Enterprise.
· Successfully developed laser etching equipment for perovskite thin-film solar cells.

2022

Listed on the Stock Exchange

· On April 29, 2022, Delphi Laser (stock code:688170) was listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board.
· Successfully developed laser ablation, mass transfer, and mass repair equipment for Micro LED and launched it into the market, overcoming technical challenges.
· Successfully developed laser modification cleaning for the surface insulation film and structural adhesive of lithium battery reworking processes, solving automation processing issues.

2023

Investment and Strategic Deployment

· Establishment of Delphi Laser Industry Investment Company, establishment of an industry fund, and investment layout around the industrial chain.
· Establishment of a subsidiary in Australia for the development of new applications such as special optical fibers and photovoltaics.
· Investing 1.08 billion yuan in Jiangyin to construct a new energy high-end equipment project and acquiring 89 acres of industrial land.
· Established a wholly-owned German subsidiary, Delphi Laser Europe GmbH, to serve as the European headquarters for business operations.
