Suzhou Delphi Laser Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 and is located in Suzhou Industrial Park. Its main business is the development, production and sales of precision laser processing equipment and lasers, as well as providing laser equipment rental and laser processing services for customers.

The company is a technology-driven enterprise, which has been committed to cutting-edge research and development of new products, technologies and processes since its establishment. Focusing on laser fine micromachining, the company provides laser processing solutions for various ultra-thin, ultra-hard, brittle, flexible and various composite materials with its advanced laser technology, high-precision motion control technology and profound accumulation of laser fine micromachining processes, focusing on semiconductor and optical, display, consumer electronics and scientific research applications. Meanwhile, through independent research and development, the company now has core technologies and mature products for industrial-level mass production of nanosecond, ultrafast (picosecond, femtosecond) and adjustable pulse width series solid-state lasers.

Focusing on the direction of high technology content and cutting-edge high-end applications, the company has conducted cutting-edge research and development on various laser application materials and processes, timely launched precision laser processing solutions, and continuously expanded the application fields of laser fine micro-processing to help the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry. At present, the company's products are used in batch for wafer scribing of third-generation semiconductor materials such as silicon carbide and gallium nitride, cutting of MEMS chips, cutting and processing of Mini LED and 5G antennas, etc.

■  1985-1988, Assistant researcher of SIOM,1988 ,Becomes a senior visiting scholar to Australia.
■  1988-2000, Research engineer of the Optical Fiber Technology Research Center of Sydney University, director of the Photon Laboratory, Department of Electrical Machinery of Sydney University and senior researcher in the National Photon Center of Australia.
■   2000-2004, returned to China and established Jiangsu FAS Photon Co., Ltd, as a chief engineer, deputy general manager and board of director.
■  2005, Founds Delphi Laser，Always adhere to make a truly high-tech enterprises with strong technological competitiveness and contribute to the development of China's optoelectronic industry.
■  2010, Won the award of Jiangsu Province Science and Technology issued by Jiangsu Provincial Government
■  2014, Was selected as the talented people of scientific and technological innovation and enterprising of China Innovative Talents Promotion Plan.
■  2020, In June , he was appointed as a guest professor of School of Physical Science and Technology, Suzhou University. In October, he was appointed as professor of Industry in School of Opto-electronic Science and Engineering,Suzhou University (Professor of Industry in Jiangsu Province)

Relocation to own plant

· Delphi Laser becomes a joint stock company
· The manufacturing center was relocated to its own facility at 98 Xinglin Street.
  Expanded office and workshop area of nearly 7,000㎡

2013

Establishment of a secondary subsidiary
